Conditions of Sale 

  1. Tile Selection: The purchaser is responsible for selecting suitable tiles. 

  1. Ownership: Ownership of goods is not transferred until payment is made and cleared. 

  1. Pricing: This price list supersedes all previous lists and is subject to change without notice. 

  1. Returns and Credits: 

  1. (i) Returned tiles must be in a salable condition. 

  1. (ii) Only full boxes of currently stocked shades will be accepted. 

  1. (iii) Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. 

  1. (iv) No returns are allowed for sale items, discontinued lines, or out-of-stock goods. 

  1. (v) The invoice number must be provided for goods returned for credit. 

  1. (vi) A 30% handling charge will apply to returned goods. 

  1. Claims: 

  1. No claims will be accepted for shade variations after tiles have been fixed. 

  1. Tiles are not guaranteed against crazing. 

  1. Quantity Estimates: The company is not responsible for estimated quantities. 

  1. Color Variations: All goods sold are subject to natural colour variations, and showroom samples are indicative only. 

  1. Cleaning Products: The company accepts no responsibility for damage caused by cleaning products used on tiles or stone. 

  1. Delivery Risks: 

  1. Goods are at the buyer's risk once they leave our store, during transit, and upon delivery. 

  1. Risk applies whether or not a delivery receipt is provided. 

  1. Order Inspection: It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt. 

  1. Natural Stone: All natural stone is subject to shade and pattern variation. 

  1. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable for change of selection. 

  1. Stone Sealing: Natural stone should be sealed after installation, and cleaning should avoid acid-based products. 

 

Order Inspection Guidelines 

Please inspect your order for damage. If your order is damaged, contact us immediately at (08) 9434 9995 or pktiles@bigpond.com 

When inspecting your order, ensure the following: 

  • Verify: The finish, color, size, and pattern of the tiles match your order. 

  • Count: The quantity of tiles is correct. 

  • Check: All boxes have the same batch number and code. 

  • Inspect: Check all tiles for defects or damage. 

If defects or damage are identified, please bring the items back to the store for an exchange or replacement. If returning is not possible, send clear photos to pktiles@bigpond.com 

 

Additional Information 

  • It is the responsibility of the tiler, under the management of the builder and/or homeowner, to inspect tiles before installation. 

  • Tile sizes are approximate and may vary by +/- 2mm. Wall tiles and floor tiles of the same size (e.g., 297x600) may not align perfectly.
